We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved:

  • UK Customers: We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • International Customers: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the shipping.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the return criteria above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
